Meet Jessica

My family, including me and my children have dealt with allergies and food sensitivities that I learned to manage using a holistic approach with food as a medicine. I have helped others reach weight loss goals using sustainable practices by identifying and creating intentional habits.

FUN FACTS

1. I love being outdoors, especially cycling, hiking, and running.  

2 In 2017, I completed a 100-mile grand fondo cycling race, qualifying to then complete the UCI Grand Fondo World Championship in Albi, France, where I represented the USA. 

3. I have climbed to the top of Bell Rock in Sedona, Arizona, three times with an extraordinary guide and no use of supportive gear. Despite having a fear of heights, it was exhilarating – you can overcome your FEAR! 

4. On my 40th birthday, I ran my first marathon in Sedona, Arizona. 

5. I love all kinds of music – it can set a mood like no other! Music is always playing in my house! 

6. I dance at random times, and it gives my kids a great laugh!  

7. Cooking with my family is my absolute favorite – love is the secret ingredient to a good dish. 

8. I talk to my plants to tell them how beautiful they are.
